Shipping conditions

Unless otherwise stated, the goods will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. This excludes our "Shop Opening" promotion.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €150.00. Shipping costs within the EU will be calculated at checkout.

Shop Opening Promotion (until and including 22.04.2024)

In the event of a cancellation during our shop opening promotion up to and including April 22, 2024, the Kinetic Discovery Set is part of the purchase contract and must also be returned.

Delivery information & returns

Once your order has been received, you can expect your package to be delivered within 3-4 business days. This is excepted during our "Shop Opening" promotion.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can expect the usual DHL delivery times.

We offer a 14-day return policy. This requires that the products are in their original packaging (sealed) and unopened.

Opened items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition.

Important: For promotions or deals that include, for example, additional and free discovery kits or samples as gifts for the customer, partial returns of the contents of such complete packages are not permitted. In this case, all components must be returned in an unused condition to guarantee a refund.

The costs for each return order are borne by the sender. The invoice amount is always refunded to the same payment method used for the order. Processing a return can take up to 14 business days.

We ask you to send us a message by email before returning the item.
